About Me
I am Julia, a mindful art and meditation teacher. Born in Italy and a traveler at heart, I moved to Spain a few years ago, and its light, art, and energy made me feel at home from the very first moment.
My journey towards well-being began during times of crisis, doubts, and stress. Mindfulness and yoga helped me reconnect with myself, find calm, and restore the balance I needed. I wanted to share these tools and support others in their own well-being journey. I enrolled in the Expert Course in Mindfulness and Emotional Well-being, marking the beginning of this path.
Mindful Art
Mindful art is another great passion of mine. I discovered that creating helps us release emotions and reconnect with our essence. This experience led me to train with Cynthia Hauk (Mindful Creative Muse) and obtain the Mindful Art Teacher (MAT) certification, endorsed by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA). Through Mindful Art Flow, I offer spaces where creativity and presence come together: a place to express yourself, explore, and discover everything that expressive art can bring to your well-being.
What is Mindful Art Flow?
Mindful Art Flow was born from the desire to create a space where you can disconnect from the noise of the world and reconnect with yourself — through calm, creativity, and presence.
It is a project that brings together mindfulness and expressive art, where every brushstroke becomes a form of meditation and self-discovery.
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present with what we do and feel, and art is a natural and powerful way to cultivate that state of awareness.
When we create, we connect with our senses — coloru, texture, and movement.
Art itself is mindfulness: an experience that invites us to be here and now, exploring our most authentic expression.
Visual art, both in contemplation and in the act of creating, offers us a moment to look within — to observe who we are and what we feel, without hurry and without judgment.
In each Mindful Art Flow session, we combine traditional meditation with meditation through drawing or painting — a practice that invites you to flow without seeking perfection or beauty.
Simply letting go, following the colours, the sensations, and your conscious breath.
Mindful Art Flow is a judgment-free space where everyone can explore ideas, emotions, and movement through art.
A place where everything flows — colour, silence, thoughts, and being.
Here, art becomes a doorway to well-being and inner balance.
